Courier & Collection Traineeships for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Island Women
The four Courier and four Collection Traineeships for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Women, is an initiative in promoting Equal Opportunity for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Women in the workplace.
The traineeships will be made available in those Laboratories where there is the possibility of part time/full time employment as a Courier or Collector, following the successful completion of the traineeship. The training provided is similar to that given to new Couriers and Collectors except the training is for three months.
Trainees, who successfully attain the competency standard required for the Courier or Collection position, will be offered a part time/full time position as soon as it becomes available.
