Surgical Pathology Program

Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology provides the Surgical Audit Program for doctors who wish to audit their clinical practice associated with skin cancer. The programme is available to any doctor who refers patients for skin pathology to Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology. It is an independent programme that was created, and continues to be enhanced, in consultation with the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand (SCCANZ) to ensure that their members and other doctors who chose to, have the ability to release data to the SCCANZ Research Project.

Eligible general practitioners with a current RACGP QI&CPD number may attain 40 Category 1 points by participating in either the SNP or SCCANZ clinical audit.

Points are awarded at the completion of '2 timed periods'. Participants may become eligible for an additional allocation of points by undertaking and completing additional '2 timed periods'.

Completion of '2 timed periods' requires that the personal evaluations sent with your 6 monthly reports must be completed and returned.

Should a doctor be interested in achieving the category 1 points, they must provide their QI&CPD / PDP number during registration.
The SNP Surgical Audit Program is also accredited by ACRRM with 30 Extended Skills Points applicable.
