EASYPAY INTERNET CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION

Pay your account online (Amex credit card, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards accepted)
For your customer Reference number please refer to the front of your invoice. Your receipt will be sent to you within 7 working days.

TIP: Your customer Reference number is located next to the BPay Symbol as well as under the Internet Credit Card & Telephone Credit Card payment options on the front of your invoice.

TELEPHONE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION

You can pay your account on Telephone Banking (Amex credit card, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards accepted).
For your customer Reference number please refer to the front of your invoice.
Your receipt will be sent to you within 7 working days.

AUSTRALIA POST PAYMENT OPTION

Postbillpay - Pay in person at any Australia Post Office.
Simply present the payment slip from your account with your payment.
Your receipt can be used to claim any eligible Medicare rebates. 
 

INTERNET BANKING BPAY OPTION

Pay using your bank online facility.
For your customer Reference number please refer to the front of your invoice.
The Reference numer is unique for each account.
You will need to change the Reference number with each new account.
Your receipt will be mailed to you within 7 working days. 

MAIL
Pay by cheque or money order.
Detach the Payment Slip from your account and attach it to your payment.
Make your cheque or money order payable to 'Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology'.
