Cairns laboratory

Located next to the Cairns Private Hospital, our laboratory has a proud history of providing high quality pathology services throughout the Far North. 

• Our histopathologists report on a range of pathology including dermatopathology and gastrointestinal specimens. They also perform frozen sections.  
• We have an ongoing commitment to training medical practitioners with Dr Natalie Dixon, a senior medical lecturer at JCU. 
• We employ more than 80 local staff with collection rooms conveniently located throughout the region.
