Payment options

We offer a number of payment methods to make it convenient to pay your account.

Pathology is a specialist medical service. Our fees for pathology are based on the Australian Medical Association Fee Schedule. We limit our fees so that your out-of-pocket expenses are kept to a minimum.

Where is my customer reference number?

Your customer reference number (or CRN) is located next to the BPAY® symbol as well as under the internet and telephone credit card payment options on the front of your invoice.

How to pay your account

Online via credit card

Pay your account online (American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards accepted).

Your receipt will be sent to you within seven working days.

Pay online

Telephone via credit or debit card

You can pay your account via credit or debit card using telephone banking (American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards accepted).

Your receipt will be sent to you within seven working days.

Internet banking BPAY®

To pay a bill via BPAY® from your internet banking, you will need your Customer Reference Number (CRN) located at the bottom of your invoice. The CRN needs to be included as your payment reference number so we can match your payment to your account.

The CRN number is unique for each account. You will need to change the CRN for each new account being paid.

Your receipt will be mailed to you within seven working days.

Australia Post

Pay in person via Post Billpay® at any Australia Post location. Simply present the payment slip from your SNP invoice with your chosen payment method.

Your payment receipt will be mailed to you within seven working days of processing your payment.

Note: your Australia Post payment receipt can be used to claim any eligible Medicare rebates.

Mail

To pay by cheque or money order, detach the payment slip from your SNP invoice and include it with your payment method in an envelope. Your cheque or money order should be made payable to 'Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology'.
